You consent to being contacted via phone, email, SMS, or messaging services for application, onboarding, compliance, or operational purposes.

You provide explicit consent for Councab Services to send marketing communications, service updates, and opportunity notices. You may opt out at any time.

You confirm all submitted information is accurate and agree to update Councab Services of any changes.

6. Eligibility & Compliance Obligations

Drivers must hold valid licences, right to work, and appropriate insurance. PAs must have relevant training or experience. All applicants agree to background checks and providing documents when requested.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. It may be shared with councils or authorities when required. You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

8. No Guarantee of Engagement

Submission does not guarantee approval or allocation of work.

9. Professional Conduct Requirement

You agree to professional, safe, and respectful conduct and to follow Councab Services’ policies.

10. Withdrawal of Application

You may withdraw at any time. Data will be deleted unless legally required to retain.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your application, you confirm acceptance of these terms and consent to data processing and communications.
